The Ludwig 6.5x14 Copper Phonic snare drum boasts a thick 1.2mm SEAMLESS copper shell adorned with Imperial lugs and has a patina'd dark raw copper finish. Like the Black Beauty, Supraphonic, and Bronze Phonic, this drum speaks well in a variety of tunings with rich, complex and dark overtones. This spectacular shell is topped off with polished, copper-plated hardware: tube lugs, die cast hoops, P86 strainer, P35 butt, and even the Keystone badge all make for an amazing contrast to the raw shell.
